It all Started with a simple idea to bring homemade Italian ice from Philadelphia to Central Ohio. Water ice, also called Italian Ice, is an iconic summer dessert and staple in Philadelphia. The Water Ice Shoppe is a family-owned business whose mission is to deliver the smoothest and tastiest Italian ice in fun flavors all while keeping things fun, cool and exciting!
